Farrokh Parsi, Esq.

With over 36 years of experience, Mr. Parsi graduated from Harvard Law School and started practicing law in New York in 1986 and then, for the past 27 years in Arizona, focusing exclusively on immigration, citizenship, asylum and deportation matters.

Mr. Parsi is a member of New York Bar, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Mr. Parsi is admitted to the State Courts of New York, to the United States District Courts for Eastern and Southern N. Y. Districts, Immigration Courts all over the United Sates and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

John R. Holya, Esq. – Of Counsel

Almost 45 years of Immigration Law Practice. Formerly, Trial Attorney for Immigration and Naturalization Services and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Admitted to practice in: United States Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, US District Court of Arizona, Board of Immigration Appeals, California Supreme Court, Arizona Supreme Court.

Zineb Davis, Esq.

Zineb Davis received a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and graduated from the Marquette University school of law in 2018.  She is dedicated to representing immigrant families.  She is fluent in Arabic and French.  She is active in the Wisconsin Bar, and the immigration law community, and volunteers in many local groups.  She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. (AILA)

Being an immigrant herself, she can better understand clients’ needs and priorities, and therefore can provide superior immigration law services.

Attorney Davis has expertise in immigration issues.  She has helped families and individuals with petitions, waiver applications, deportation defense, visas, green card applications, and consular processing.

Her practice includes hardship waivers, marriage based sponsorship, fiancé visas, adjustment of status, DACA work, naturalization, U-visas, green card renewal, asylum, and other immigration matters
